becky will honcho getting trim caulked for prep-painting party
baby changing station will get put up soon
re-monkey - booster seats by Rachel
elph will review donations of patio furniture
cleaning entry concrete - rod will do this weekend
ping pong, foos ball and pool table will all fit into game room

guest room and bathroom - will put off painting bathroom since guest will be here the week of painting

Paint - vote for changing dining room color - 27 dislike the color, 18 like and if we decide this pref is worth changing color for will have to decide on new color. Ted for one is willing to paint to change the color.

at community meeting becky will have a sign up for people to come in and caulk on saturday (3/20) and also ask people to label and donate painting equipment for use

tapping will be done the night before for the whole building painting, we need to get equipment and paint beforehand also.

we will request no kids in common house during painting weekend - Melisa will do

we will leave it open for donations of food for those who can't paint and want to contribute
coffee and donuts at 8 a.m.

three color schemes are available to choose from now and we'll take to the community for a vote

kid-proofing - kitchen cabinets and cleaning supplies in closets. Mel will coordinate this with Jeff

debbi's seed proposal
want to start seeds for community garden in the common house. debbi has a cabinet for this 4' x 1' (depth)
where can we put it?
it has grow lights and needs electricity
would be approx april and may
will clean it up and have someone bring it in here - the best spot will be decided then

Patios - a design discussion - we'll do this later
shared office agreement - 75% renter and 25% community

first aid kit should be visible in the kitchen - now we will put on top of fridge

kitchen laundry - whose job? kitchen cleaners? one person? anyone doing laundry? will try making tags to have transfered. put ting in laundry is a cleaner job and getting and folding is a cooking assistant job btw we should be posting job descriptions of kitchen jobs in kitchen

coordinating buying of cleaning, paper for CH as well as food stuff- can we get this--also create a coordinator job for creating list of all supplies to happen together - what about a shopper job?
