Office policy - who's gonna revise?

Monkeys:
Melisa S. will revise office policy; remove any lease-like wording from the policy and specify that CH [[Committee]] will manage lease issue.
Becky will email group to see who is interested in third office space.
Becky will clarify with Dale re:phones.
Melisa will confirm with [[Elph]] phone number and fax line. Melisa's business phone number is (734) 302-0033.
[[Rod]] will honcho bike shed door installation by May 2004.
Clarify use of multiple use office
Contact those interested in sharing office space to see where we are at. Put out to go-talk the process for adding name to waiting list and what is available.
Instant hot water dispenser
Contruction [[Committee]] has discovered that this has not been wired for even thought its clearly in the plan.
Bottom line is they will fix it.
Phones
[[Elph]] wants to order phones, discuss number and location. Five lines: One for common house, one for fax, one for each office. Cost of office lines will be added to the rent. Confirm with Dale and Melisa that they want phones and inquire if they want a separate fax line.
Bike sheds
Construction report indicates that they are making sure there are enough lights for each shed. No black stuff on back wall. No dry wall on interior walls. No doors to avoid having to put sprinklers in. But we plan to put doors on before next winter. [[Rod]] brought up concern about lack of lighting on side of CH near bike sheds. There is a circuit for extra lights; will wait and see what is needed.
Gas needed for dryers and stove
[[Elph]] will put cut sheets on John's desk by Monday so that construction can continue for this item. D-Mark box is temporary; [[Meeting]] is upcoming to make sure it disappears as planned.
Fireplace
Has been ordered; Kirk will pick it up this week. They will re-do the mantel.

**Every CH item will be marked as belonging to the CH so that extra items don't accumulate.
Budget
Two budgets: operating and contingency; money saved in table and chairs purchased the appliances.
Request from budget committee to look at CH contingency budget to look for ways to cut expenses. This will be at top of agenda next meeting.
**Xerox receipts of all purchases before submitting for re-imbursement so that we have a record.
