Sitting Room - Rod

Kirk and John dumped a few things on Rod.

Kirk now thinks that in moving the Sitting Room stuff aside while we worked on details we have nuked it from the construction budget. That's a vicious dastardly act on Kirk's part if that's the case.

Kirk thinks that the cmty does the caulking on the exterior of the common house. We never agreed to this. We agreed to caulk the garages.

The white cedar needs to be painted. The cement block base needs to be painted. We do not need to caulk the seams in the sidewalk.

We need to toss the caulking back - we never agreed to that. Kirk is out of his mind - we have another meeting about the sitting room. We grow worried about CH financing. We would like to start the audit (or cmty review of) on the CDC books.

We would like F&L to get someone to sit down with JD and review the CDC books.

Contingency Budget

Ask Guyette's about pool table Ask Adi about switches Ask JD about check written to Mel Ask Amy to get exact pricing on Media room equipment

Office Policy

Melisa submitted changed policy based on meeting format. Some small changes were crafted by cmtee in addition. Policy will come before the next meeting for decision.

Tour of CH

We did a tour of the CH to look at the sitting room

Decisions: Leave shelving space bare, just drywall it - we'll fix it up later if we want. Better than a cheap-ass shelving solution. Put a track light kinda thing on the ceiling of the shelf inset - towards the front edge. Amy will find cool lights to put in it.

Jenny will talk to John about mantel wood and concrete hearth trim

The standard 42 inch cabinets should be set on 4.25 inch risers to fit in the cabinet space.

Lose the tile but keep the tile backing Durarock (or whatever) so we can do it ourselves.
