Monkey: Bob to come back with a suggestion for how to reorganize the
laundry room to be discussed by CH cmtee. He will enlist others. Elph sent
Kelly’s suggestions to Bob.

Monkey: Elph add info about noise to info in guest room (details below.)

Decision: Do not strip dining room

Decision: Reimburse Eric for fish

Decision: Hold on door code change until next work season

Dining Room stripping and re-waxing like hallways:

When Jamal was done with the hallways we spoke about the dining room
floor. He said that he tried to remove some of the wax where the DR floor
met up with the east hallway floor. He said that it was really really hard
to remove. He said that he's not even sure he could remove all of the wax
from the dining room floor to get down to the flooring. And that it might
take much more time, energy, and cleanser than he had anticipated. He said
that he didn't think it would be a good idea to even try it.

Proposal on fish reimbursement:

The common house aquarium has been pretty stable and doing well for quite a
while, but there's not been much color variety. Pretty much all yellow
Labidochromis.

You may have not noticed, but Sunday I just put in some new fish, there's
one big blue & yellow Aulonocara (Peacock Cichlid), and three smaller brown
striped ones that will also grow up to be a bright electric blue.

Quite a while back, I had an agreement with Becky, the CH Convener, that
aquarium fish restocking would be paid out of the CH budget. It's been
quite a while, and I pretty much did this unilaterally (since I was in
Lansing at one of the best pet stores in the state), so I don't have a lot
of expectations. But the fish were not cheap. -- Around $120. I'm hoping
that you guys could help me out a bit.

I have receipts for everything. What do you think?

Door locks not changed

Despite best intentions, Elph did not get the locks changed in a timely way
at the beginning of the work period.

Proposed to hold off on lock code change until next work period. There have
been no issues this term driving us to change it.

Held for further discussion.

Reminder on Free and Clear in Laundry Room

Please be aware that we have chemically sensitive people in our community
and so we need to be careful how we use the shared washers and dryers.

Do not use detergents that have fragrance or dyes - often called “free and
clear” on the labels and do not use scented products in the dryer. This is
our current policy.
