1.Hot tub - in place not hooked up yet. Should be soon now.

2. Jobs - pre-assigns will be done sparsely by Elph

Next work season, Increase convener hours and maintenance worker hours,
both of which take more time then is allotted.

3. Rain barrel on corner of north patio needs a flexible gutter to dump the
water into the grass and not on the cement where it freezes and is a
danger. Update: flexible gutter is attached and needs to be redirected to
grass and fixed there in some way.

4. Emergency lights don’t work when the power goes out. There are 3 or 4 of
them. Do they need replacement lead acid batteries or to be replaced? Ask
Ted. It’s a maintenance item.

5. Dining room chairs to be repaired. There were some left over from the
work holiday and though they were stored away awaiting repair they got
moved back to the dining room by someone, despite the sign saying not to.
They have been collected and exiled again. Nancy will get a lesson from
Malcolm and work on them.

6. Budget - Dish Network. Community budget meeting tasked us with finding
out if there were a lot of people using the Dish Network login at home and
if so to re-evaluate our proposal to cancel the service next year. Survey
has been sent.
