============================

Hot tub survey results
------------------------
* we got 27 responses (out of 37 households)
* usage popularity
- 1/3 of households would use it at least once a week
- 1/2 would use it once a month
- 10% (3 households) would never use it
* seasonal usage
- at least 75% said they would use it in fall, winter and spring
- about 1/3 said they would use it in the summer
* operational fees
- people are willing to pay $3/person on average to use the tub
- 20 households would be willing to pay a monthly subscription
- people would be willing to pay $7/person average for monthly
subscriptions
* usage times
- about 20% said they would use it on weeknight evenings
- about 45% said they would use it on weekend evenings
* reservations
- 45% said they wouldn't pay extra in order to reserve the tub
- 45% said they would be willing to pay for reservations, an average of $2
- 52% said that they would prefer only Great Oak can reserve the tub
- 19% said that any Lilacc member could reserve the tub
* fundraising
- the brunch was the most popular, with 56% approval
- we've received $525 in pledges toward the installation of the tub

Discussion over survey results
------------------------
* maybe we should allow reservation windows to be 9pm weeknights, and 10pm
* weekends
- talk with Judith to find out what might be acceptible with her
- perhaps 10pm would be late enough
* most of the future of this project will depend on the budget survey results

Regular meeting schedule
------------------------
* we should try again with the meet-o-matic after the budget survey results
* come out
- include AM/PM (PM means 7pm, AM means 2pm)

Negotiate Minimum Age Restrictions
------------------------
* there are some concerns in the community which may pose issues
* some use a UV or ozone filter, which would kill poop bacteria
- what does the bacqua spa stuff have to say about this?
* we should come up with some numbers about how often the tub volume is
* recycled
* perhaps we could provide the information to the concerned individuals before
* a proposal

Looking forward
------------------------
* Willie needs to find someone else to lead this group for a while
- Tim is willing to try it, if we have the community interest for this
* We could probably fund the operation of the tub without the community
- but it would be a lot more work
* we all want to see what the budget survey before we decide what to do next

* Willie will do the math to see what kind of usage fees we could collect

Potential Usage Income
------------------------
- one household said they would use it several times a week, but weren't
interested in paying usage fees
- All others who were interested in using it at least once a month were
willing to pay for a $5 subscription
- 12 households would be willing to pay $7.50 ($90/month)
- adding in one-time usage fees for non-subscribers, we may pull in
$104.5 / month
- 18 would be willing to pay $5 ($90/month)
- adding in one-time usage fees for non-subscribers, we may pull in $95
/ month
