1.Make list of projects

Kitchen floor replacement

Replace or repair guest room shower

Media room

Updating stock of outdoor tables and chairs

2.updates from the Youth Engagement Committee and CRC and state of progress
with updating the CH use guidelines.

The Youth Engagement Committee with Sharon and Emily together with Marta is
working on rules of common house usage as applies to teens. Bruno is 145
days from turning 18 so they will be looking at how their work applies to
adults as well. Bruno and Mario are expected to participate in the writing
of guidelines. Focus is on clarity of rules and consequences. When it is in
good shape they will present it to CH. there will be focus groups with
parents and teens on the new guidelines before it comes to a community
meeting, timeline is 6-12 weeks.

The group will email expectations for members on what to do when misuse of
the CH is discovered. Texting, calling or emailing a CH committee member or
using the CH mail to report misuse, ideally as close to the observations
and documented with a photo is very helpful. Teens are not allowed to stay
in any of the rooms overnight without space being signed out on Gather by
an adult. Smelling of pot is considered equivalent of being seen smoking
pot, and neither is allowed in the CH. Complete cleanup is always included
in space use, by default - regardless of the age of the space user.

3.door lock that can handle more complex needs including audits of entries
and a proper number of personalized codes.

With the exercise room door lock idea, it may be better to start with a
list of users and share a new code with them. From now on the Exercise Room
door code will not be communicated on talk.

4.We will discuss the TV and media room, and getting the new setup in
place.

Getting a digital antenna installed for maximizing local channels would
cost around $600 as a one time fee.

Elph will verify the screen size needed and shop for a tv at costco.

As decided at today's committee meeting I have been assigned the task of
replacing the TV in the Media Room.

I understand the criteria we are looking for is flat, big - but not too big
for the room, smart - with good reviews on the smartness, and as easy to
use as can be expected. Replacement cost is from Reserve fund.

I have been reading a number of articles and reviews to help figure out
appropriate sizing and get a good feel for what brand is doing smart tv the
best. Also this month Apple announced Airplay 2 would be coming to major
brands and that could help with the ease of use issue. (1) Making sure it
has multiple ways to connect various devices is also important.

I've narrowed down to Vizio and Samsung with a size of 65" diagonal. This
is plenty large enough, but not too large for the distance back in the room
whether it is rotated to the narrow wall or kept on the long wall where it
is now. (2)

The exact model at the top of my list is the Samsung - 65" Class - LED -
NU8000 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR available from Best Buy
and Costco - I have a Costco membership and can get it at the best price
from there for $979. (3)(4)

Additional accessories are the wall mount hardware and a soundbar. Since it
will fit on the current TV bench in the room and the sound is reported to
be reasonable I'm not going to buy those immediately.
