Minutes:

Notes on recent goings-ons:

The office renter in arrears has paid up fully.

We are replacing the carpet in the offices. Lowes won the bid. Came in near
$1000. We will work closely with the current office renters to make sure
the date works well for them. Melisa is planning to have Tim repaint her
office at the same time the furniture is removed.

Pre-assignments were done for CH cmtee work. New jobs are Kitchen Re-design
Honcho (willie) and assistants (yi-miau, tevah, mary.)

We had some confusion about getting de-liming done and have pre-assigned
Jim for next work period as he is enthusiastic to get the job done
regularly.

The Kitchen faucet/sprayer began leaking due to old age and was replaced to
the tune of $800. This was the cheaper option.

The right side kitchen oven was reported as not coming up to temperature.
Please note that there is an oven thermometer in the kitchen for getting an
accurate reading. Tested today - both ovens came up to temp at the same
time and kept temp the same. At 350 they both measured 300. The ovens are
convection and on my dual oven at home there is a conversion for switching
to convection that shows that 350 = 300. I wonder if that is the same as
what is going on here. In any case, one oven is not askew - they are both
identical in their temps.

The new date on the part for the washer is April 19th. There has been some
thought about buying a new washer to replace it, countered with some
thought that we are getting by ok with 2 and it is not a crisis.

Ted says, "I replaced the diverter in the CH bathroom and the shower now
has what appears to be full flow. Whether that is actually adequate for a
shower is a debatable point; this does not appear to be a high-flow
showerhead by design. It appears that replacing the entire unit would be
rather involved. Replacing the head would be easy but I just looked briefly
on the Delta site and I'm not certain they make heads with that type of
mounting any more. I can look into it more later in the week."

Ted also says, "I have a workday job to suggest (2 people, 1-2 hours, I can
honcho):

Replace springs in the double door latches (these springs keep the pegs in
the non-operating side of the door from shifting out of position). Due to
the design of the doors it appears that to replace the bottom springs, the
doors will have to be removed from their hinges temporarily. Depending on
your level of satisfaction with the current state of the doors, you could
add some time and budget and we could install closers if that seems
necessary."

We renewed our Hobart support contract for $879.15.
