CH committee meeting
10 am, Saturday, 2 June 2012

Present: Heather, Paddy, Rachel, Julie K, Debbi, Jim G

Debbi reported on available on-line systems she has investigated for our
possible use as our CH reservation book. She looked at 12 or more, and
settled on 4 to examine more closely. One most attractive one seemed out of
our price range.

Debbi and the committee members discussed various expected problems - e.g.,
changing other persons' entries, repeating dates.t,

We propose a trial run - at first, just by CH committee members - of
SuperSaaS [?]. Temporary cost, without archives, $8 a month.
Full-use cost, $199 a year.
