Washer/Dryer Update
Jim and Kelly went to Sears and Big Beorge's to look and get quotes. Big George's Whirlpool now owns Maytag, so name brand doesn't mean what it used to. The dryers are still functioning, but they are as old as the washers, and are really at the end of their expected life. We can get duplicate of what we currently have, dressed up a little bit. However, it is going to be discontinued. Good deal because phasing out. Maytag 1441 pre tax/delivery per pair.

Option 2 Whirlpool is consumer reports top pick, per pair 1965. plus tax, plus delivery.
What is the advantage of the higher price - whirlpool is somewhat bigger. washing performance is excellent, maytag = very good according to Consumer Reports

Discussion
Heather's talk with repairman indicated that typical problem with washers in multiple use environments is that people overload them. He also said that they used to have longer warranties. What are the warranties?

Sears
They have been getting the run around. They say there is a 25% off sale, that ends today, but the quote ended up being the same price as Big Georges

Lowes seemed to have the same price ranges as both. We all want to support local, and are going to go with Big George's. Now the question is which models. We want to stay within budget. Kelly is going to check on getting the discount, and rebate. If so, we will go with the newer models. Otherwise, the lower models.

Jane's Schedule
We can't meet at any of the times Jane can. We are not sure how to proceed on this. Becky will talk to Jane and work about having Jane transfered to contigency hours or something.

Office
Nobody has shown strong interest yet. We'll hold off on some improvements, and limit maintenance to only essential stuff until we get it rented.
