Present: Becky, Megan, MaryAnn, Katie

Deciding on Spring Work Days
Work committee has 3 possible dates set aside. April 30, May 7, May
14. They blocked out the building, Becky went in and blocked out the
guest rooms. They are asking if we (CH) have a preference. We are
supposed to have a CH meeting on April 30, but we could work around
it. So, any of the dates work.

Becky emailed Craig, the current hot tub cleaner, to record dates
whenever he cleans so folks know.
Becky emailed Peter to check in on how he is doing with the
Maintenance position

Office talk - Becky was planning to bring this to a community meeting
as a short info piece, but I'll be gone for the February mtgs. Will
try to schedule it in March.


Suggestion to keep Kleenux in the sitting room, kitchen counter, guest
room - we all agreed it would be a good thing and emailed the shopper.

Some folks think the ice maker is making weird tasting ice. Willie
was going to mention this to Peter, the new maintenance person.

MaryAnn reported that TS is switching over to a new 3 month work
season, will hope to catch up to timing with ours. Yeah!

Katie will check into Ikea to see how much a replacement cushion for
the sitting room chair costs. If it is under $100, go ahead and buy.
Bill it to CH Maintenance.

Becky will check out renting some kind of scaffolding for the work day
so we can clean vents in the dining room ceiling.
