CH meeting 12/18/10
Present: Becky, Jim, Heather, Megan, MaryAnn, Katie


Agenda:
*Set new meeting schedule for work season
*Brainstorm all the projects we need to work on this season

Art Projects
Heather brought in the first collage posters of life at Great Oak -
they are wonderful! She has found some frames online, and will be
ordering soon.


GUFF
Many people are really, really tired of the guff in the CH. Even tho
we have the policy that whoever puts it there should take it away
after 3 days, AND the policy that cleaners can throw anything out,
nobody does. Also, some people are leaving things that are not safe
for children.

So, for the winter work season, we will try something new. NO GUFF in
the CH. If you have something that you think other people might want,
send an email and stick it on your own porch. We put up a sign in the
former guff area, and Becky will email the community.

Update on sprinklers. It seems like it is just water condensation.
Everyone should monitor. If the drips ever feel oily, please let
Buildings now asap.


New CH Meeting schedule
2nd Friday, last saturday. Time is 10 am for both. So the dates are
as follows

Brainstorming list for 2011 winter work season
*Make new dining room tables
*Get Dale to do new reservation book
*Heather working on getting frames, as well as the custom art ordered
*Start doing planning for kitchen work
*Bring before community Office policy
*bring back charging for use
* becky to work with F&L on making sure all the updates happen, and
how to handle rollovers
*Katie will honcho kids room furniture
*Discussion around game room
*Start researching flooring, possible replace some sooner than planned.
